چکیده

In this research, food-grade aluminum foil (FGAF), rice husk silica (RHS), and sodium hydroxide were needed to synthesize hydroxy-sodalite (HS) using hydrothermal method. The raw materials exposed crystallization at 100 °C for 72, 96 120 h, followed by calcination 6 h 550 °C. products obtained identified X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscope (SEM) technique, it applied as catalysts pyrolysis of biomass. bio-crude oils (BCO) produced investigated adopting gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). XRD results reveal that the with time 72 are a mixture zeolite A HS practically pure h. shapes particles displayed SEM in good agreement others. main components BCO hydrocarbons, biogasoline contents range 81.67 - 96.24 % was resulted from water hyacinth palm oil, 72.92 92.58 cassava solid waste oil. respect, can be concluded is prospective catalyst biomass.

The Synthesis and Characterization of Cobalt-Rice Husk Silica Nanoparticles

Spherical and needle-like cobalt nanoparticles incorporated on rice husk silica was synthesized by a simple, rapid and eco-friendly sol-gel route at room temperature. This was achieved by direct mixing of 20 wt.% Co with sodium silicate from rice husk under ambient conditions to form RH-20Co. The cobalt was found to be isomorphously substituted in the silica matrix. A good dispersion of cobalt ...

Synthesis of Si/MgO/Mg2SiO4 Composite from Rice Husk-Originated Nano-Silica

Silica exists in Rice husk, an agriculture waste, as a naturally occurring phase. In first step, acidic pre-treatment and calcination of the rice husk were performed to obtain nano-silica, in which various sizes of the nano-silica, totally with sizes under 80 nm, were achieved. Second, to reduce nano-silica to elemental Si and subsequently formation of the composite, Mg used as the reducing age...

Rice Husk Ash-Derived Silica Nanofluids: Synthesis and Stability Study

Nanofluids, colloidal suspensions consisting of base fluids and nanoparticles, are a new generation of engineering working fluids. Nanofluids have shown great potential in heat/mass transfer applications. However, their practical applications are limited by the high production cost and low stability. In this study, a low-cost agricultural waste, rice husk ash (RHA), was used as a silicon source...

Production of Silica Nanoparticles from Rice Husk as Agricultural Waste by Environmental Friendly Technique

Extensive application of silica nanoparticles (SNPs) in various industrial products has led to the development of silica extraction methodologies out of various waste products. Rice husk is an agricultural waste with a high content of amorphous silica. However, the presence of metal ion impurities and unburned carbon in the rice husk content may present an adverse effect on product color and pu...
